  • Payments once made are subject to the cancellation and refund policy applicable to the specific service.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

  • Visa-related services are generally non-refundable once submitted to immigration.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
